Terms and Conditions for Online and In-House Training Bookings

These Terms and Conditions apply to all online and in-house training bookings made with Central Nail & Beauty Training. By booking a course, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

 

1. Booking and Payments

1.1 All training courses must be booked via our official website.
1.2 A full payment or a deposit (as specified on the course page) is required to secure your place.
1.3 Payments can be made via credit/debit card.
1.4 Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and a confirmation email is sent.

 

2. Course Delivery

2.1 Online courses will be delivered via our dedicated learning portal, accessible upon confirmation of your booking.
2.2 In-house training will take place at our Taunton training academy or other specified locations.
2.3 Students are responsible for having appropriate internet access and devices for online training.
2.4 Course content and dates may be subject to change with prior notice.

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the course start date will receive a full refund.
3.2 Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date are non-refundable.
3.3 In exceptional circumstances, bookings may be transferred to a different date at our discretion.
3.4 Failure to attend without notice will result in loss of payment.

 

​4. Course Requirements

4.1 Students must be 16 years or older to enrol.
4.2 Proof of previous qualifications may be required for advanced courses.
4.3 Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the training.

 

5. Certification

5.1 Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course, including assessments where applicable.
5.2 Certificates may be withheld if payment has not been completed or if course requirements are not met.

 

6. Liability

6.1 Central Nail & Beauty Training will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
6.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by technical issues, force majeure, or other events beyond our control.

 

7. Privacy

7.1 Personal information provided during the booking process will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.
7.2 We will not share your information with third parties without consent.
